This steam iron is in good working condition and heats up efficiently. However, the thermostat is not functioning properly, so if not carefully regulated, it can become very hot. It is recommended to fix this issue before use.
Additionally, one of the white knobs for steaming is missing, but the iron still works perfectly without it.

Issues related to returned items must be communicated to us within 24 hours after the item has been delivered. This is to enable us to get in touch with the seller on time and to also delay crediting the seller before the 48-hour settlement period for our sellers.

7. Unacceptable customer service: Poor customer service experiences, such as unhelpful representatives, long wait times or unresponsive communication.
