We operate an inventory-free platform where sellers keep possession of their items while we facilitate pick-up and delivery of the items after a successful sale.

Customers are encouraged to confirm the availability of an item before payment and book an appointment for inspection whenever they are in doubt or not convinced about the quality, functionality, or durability of an item displayed on the platform.

We only charge ₦5,000 for the inspection, which involves connecting an intending buyer to a seller. Inspections should be done during the day and in an open environment. This is necessary for the safety of both the buyer and the seller.

Issues related to returned items must be communicated to us within 48 hours after the item has been delivered. This is to enable us to get in touch with the seller on time and to also delay crediting the seller before the 72-hours settlement period for our sellers.
