Once an item is ordered on the platform, the seller must make the item available for immediate pick-up by any of our logistics partners.

The quality of the item displayed on the platform must be the same when delivered to the customer. If a customer rejects an item based on quality or anything different from what was displayed, we will automatically refund the customer.

We charge a 10% commission on all the items sold on the platform.

If a seller uploads an item on platforms other than ours and the item is sold there, the seller must delete such items from our platform. Only available items must be listed.

The settlement period after a successful sale is 72 hours. (3days).
You will receive payments directly to your bank account through our secure payment system. Once a buyer purchases your product, your funds will be available in your wallet after a 3-day security period, after which you can then withdraw directly to your bank account. Keep in mind, when you withdraw your funds, it will be processed and transferred to your account within 1-3 business days.
To create a shop on Chattels, you need to register an account and provide some basic information about you and your shop. After registering, you can set up your shop by adding details like your shop description, logo, location, and contact information. You can then start listing your products for sale.
No, you do not need a credit or debit card to create a shop on Chattels. Setting up a shop is free, and you can start listing your products without any upfront payment.
Chattels charges a commission fee of 10% on each sale you make. This fee covers the cost of maintaining the platform, processing payments, and providing customer support. There are no listing fees, so you can list as many products as you like without any additional charges. Detailed information about the commission fees can be found in our seller’s guide.
To upload your product video using our platform’s video library, please follow these steps:
Access Your Dashboard: Head to your seller dashboard and click on the “Go to Video Library” button.
Upload Your Video: Click on the “Upload Video” button. If you are prompted to log in, make sure to use the “Sign in with Google” button. Once signed in, the page will reload automatically.
Access the File Manager: Click on the “Upload Video” button again. This will open the file manager.
Upload Your File: In the file manager, click on the upload icon to open your device’s file system. Select and upload your product video. (Tip: Ensure your video is of high quality and clearly displays the product.)
Copy the Video URL: Once the video is uploaded, click on the info icon. In the info table, you will see the video name next to “link”. Right-click to copy the video URL.
Complete Your Product Listing: With the video URL copied, return to your dashboard to complete publishing your product.
