As one of our logistics partners, you must understand these

Operators are advised to pick only items they can dispatch daily because we will not tolerate unnecessary carryover of items to a future date.
Logistics companies will be responsible for any misplaced or stolen items in their custody.
All items for pick-up and delivery must be properly registered in the logbook, and they must be duly signed by the customer at the point of release.
Dispatch riders must ensure that items are opened by the customer before they leave in order to reduce returned item-related issues.
